I have had a constant pain in my little toe a week

I have had a constant pain in my little toe for about a week or so sometimes it feels numb and a pins and needles sensation I haven't banged it or anything like that

No I haven't had it looked at so should I see my doctor

It can be a problem at the toe, the ankle, or the lower [lumbar] spine.
A pinched nerve.
Usually physical therapy is needed.
