Hello from JustAnswer.

It is possible that the popping sensation and the discomfort could be related to the prior undescended testicle. However, there is no evidence that a prior undescended testicle could lead to premature ejaculation. In addition, the nerves that are involved in the sensation that leads to ejaculation, whether at a normal time or an early time, are anatomically distant from the testicles.

So, the premature ejaculation would not be linked to the prior undescended testicle or the ongoing popping sensation or discomfort.
