haemorrhoids? not sure i have taken some photos, been to my GP he said it was can someone help, it feels like a small hard pea size lump, and wont push back in its external
Welcome To justanswer.com
The lump you are describing sounds possibly like a hemorrhoids
hi have a photo can i show you as I'm quite concerened
These are dilated veins in your rectal/analysis mucosa junction that become prominent
put I've looked at images on google and to me it does not look like an hemmoroid
The underlying reasons can be many like constipation and different causes of constipation
can i send you the images
If you can upload the photo I will be glad to analyze
ok two mins
Waiting
did you get them 3 iamges
Thank you i saw the imsges.
and what do you think it is
I am not a letter to tell if the lump is coming from within the anal canal b7t coming out all the way
what do you mean
its by the spinchter
It is still possible that this is hemmorhids as they can be external or internal
is it an haemorrhoid
Meaning that if they come all the out of the analysis canal or not
you don't think its a groth
its not some sort of growth?
?
hello?
The one small lesion on the outside of the analysis canal was separate
This is likely not hemorrhoids
so what it is it
This looks yellowish and may be small pustules or local abscess
It is hard to say for sure without examine it
whats a pustules?
It needs to be examined and palate plus the area around it to say for sure
This could be just superficial pustules or a deeper abscess protruding called pe4i analysis abscess
my gp i saw said it was an hemmorid? so what do i do now?
I would recommend you see a general surgeon a day to have anoscopy to make sure and for treatment
Other things to consider would be to rule out tumors
he gave me lidocaine and hydrocorat
you think its a tumour
The skin around analysis area is like rest of the skin and may yield skin tumors which would need biopsy to rule out if they look suspicious on analysis exam
im confused
i thought you said i was hemmorid
I can not say for sure . External hemorrhoids is possible too
The treatment for hemorrhoids is what your go suggested
That is conservative approach
If on follow up you are not getting better the your GP should consider a surgeons opinion
How may I better assist you
I can guide you but I am not able to give definite opinion without examination
Let me know if you need further assistance
Thank you
I only mentioned that as a less likely differential of lump around your analysis verge..
As i mentioned most likely this is hemorrhoids and i agree with the treatment offered by your GP
let me know if you have any further questions
I meant to write anal verge
Trying sitz baths to relieve pain can help
Trying the hydrocortisone cream can help as well
It is important to control /treat constipation if any as continuing to strain for defecation or urination will aggravate the issue
If the hemorrhoids do not regress by life style changes then surgery maybe needed to cure the disease
Prognosis is generally good after the surgery

External hemorrhoids are not coming from within the rectum so do not push in
While internal hemorrhoid come from within the rectum and pouch out when large enough
