Do you take any medication?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

the red spots itch sometimes but not excessively.

I have gad them about two months.

No i cannot send a picture.

I take medication for tiredness. also a bit aneamic.

Doctor prescribed cream to put on spots.

What is the cause?

Hi and thanks for the details.
This seems like petechial hemorrhages on the legs. This is how they present and individuals with anemia are particularly prone. They seldom itch and appear without any other symptoms of systemic disease. Other causes would present with a more well defined systemic illness or a set of symptoms.
These resolve on their own but can take 3 to 4 weeks to completely fade away changing color as they heal.
I would suggest that you get your coagulation profile and Liver function tests done as well to rule out any aggravating causes of these hemorrhages on your next visit to your doctor.
Keep your legs elevated when you are lying down over two pillows to keep the feet above or at the level of the heart, apply the cream your doctor has given you as is advised and these will be fine.
Hope this helps.
