Every so often been getting what I would describe as a warm rush in left hip area, slight pain on and off in left side. Otherwise no other symptoms
Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Warm rush feeling is likely due to the increased blood flow to the hip area.
Pain suggests some sort of inflammation there.
Inflammatino an causde increased blood flow as well.
Another possibility can be nerve related problem.
Pinched nerve at the hip area can cause these symptoms.
You can try topical capsaicin ointment to help with the problem.
Also natural supplements Turmeric 400 mg twice daily, alpha lipoic acid 600 mg twice daily will help.
Ibuprofen is ok and can be taken as needed.
Physiotherapy of the hip can be considered in ,ore severe cases.
So far this is not concerning.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
