Yes I have an underactive thyroid. I am on medication for depression and bipolar disorder and OCD. I just can't eat properly.

What is your latest TSH level?
Please enumerate the medications and the doses that you are on.

I take Sertraline, Sodium Vaproate and Pregabalin. Not sure on my TSH levels.

The reason why I ask about the TSH levels is because ideally I would like that your TSH should be around 1 or preferably below that.
If your TSH is higher than that I would increase the dose of your thyroid medication.
You did not mention which thyroid medication are you on but you may need to have your dose increased to have an appropriate level of TSH.
If the TSH is not at an appropriate level you may be anorexic and still not lose weight which is classical of a low thyroid or not being on an adequate dose of thyroid medication.
