Hi before I had a baby I. Had pain all over my belly I went to the hospital. And they did a operation to see what was going on wen I woke up they told me that I had a cyst that had bust and fluid in my pelvic area they cleaned it all out but after I had my baby I kept having the same pain for ages then I went to my doctor and she sent me to the hospital they took some bllods but couldn't. Find anything so they sent me home the. Next day and. Booked me in for a ultrasound I had my ultrasound and they told me that if. The doctors need to talk to me they would ring me that was nearly a month ago and I haven't heard anything but. I'm still constantly getting the pains and there getting stronger what shl I do
I would suggest that you ask for an MRI.
An ultrasound will not show scar tissue, which is what can be causing the pain.
If the ultrasound is negative, you need an MRI.
The scar tissue is called adhesions, and these can be removed.
OK, so that is an initial answer….

allso feel really sick and get really dissy wen get the pain

There are lots of reasons this can happen.
For example, abdominal migraine.
For example, carcinoid syndrome [that would usually give diarrhea].
You really need to keep up with follow up with your doctor: find out what the ultrasound showed. Ask for an MRI...that shows everything.
