I get a sharp sudden throbing pain in left ear on and off , but not daily . I have no colds or fever . What can it be ?
Hi--any drainage from the ear? Is the pain on the inside of the ear or the outside?

Right inside it seems and very sharp . . Only for like a second n goes

OK. I can't give you just one possibility here.

Could be a middle ear infection even without any drainage or fever.

Then, again, it could be a problem with your TMJ--temporomandibular joint.

The best thing to do for now is see a doctor and have him take a look in your ear since you might need antibiotics
