Yesterday i got hit off my bike it isnt as bad as it sound a women pulled out on me i managed to slow right down but lost control of the bike but my foot hit the side of her car
I wear proper protective gear with very strong boots i could stand on my foot and i seemed to be okay other than feeling pins and needles in the foot that got hit and a slight pain
i decided to go home and rest and see how it was during the night i woke up to a pain everytime my foot was in a certin position now in the morning when i put preasure on it
it is not swallon at all and i cant feel anything abnormal it kinda feels like a muscle has pulled in my foot like its really tight at the bottom left of my right foot
