My free testosterone level is 8.34ng dl and total testosterone is 442 ng dl

Your total testosterone levels are within the normal range whereas your free testosterone (which I presume you wanted to say 8.34 pg/dl rather than ng/dl) is on the lower side.Let me know if you have more questions.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

the report says free testosterone is 8.4 ng/dl

In that case your levels are normal as far as I am concerned. What was the normal range, if any, given by the lab?

Even got someone aged 29?
Yes even for someone your age.
Just wanted to make sure.
What was the normal range given in your lab result?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
9-30.... I think mine should be 20 minimum... Range varies from old people to young..
Considering the particular lab range that you mentioned, your levels of free testosterone are definitely on the lower side.

Is it treatable? Can they be fixed?
Testosterone therapy is available in various forms such as injectable oral, buccal, transdermal skin patches, transdermal creams, gels, and implantable pellets.
