Hi there.
Thank you for your question.
I will be helping you out with your queries.
Can you please elaborate your dizziness a little more?
When did it happen exactly and when this happened what were you doing? I mean were you lying down or walking or exercising?
For how long did each episode of dizziness last?
What kind of bowel cancer did you have?
How was it treated?
What medications, if any, are you on at the moment?
Please let me know.

Dizziness, like what you are describing could indicate a problem with the rhythm of your heart or could be a brain related issue like a transient ischemic attack.
It could be something harmless like a benign positional vertigo, which is an inner ear problem that usually goes away in a week or two time.
Even though, it does not sound like anything serious but I would still like that you should be examined and have an EKG of your heart done to be sure everything is okay.
Sometimes a lower than normal blood pressure can also cause bouts of dizziness.
So I would also recommend that you should monitor your blood pressure as well for a few days.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Kind regards
