During sleeping through the night I get up once or twice this

This answer was rated:

during sleeping through the night I get up once or twice this is because my mouth saliva
is very bitter and when I spit it out is very thick and yellowish brown. Also during the day mouth is very bitter but I do not experience the thick yellowish brown saliva when I spit .
This is all quite possibly acid reflux.
Have you been examined
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

no, but I got an appointment to hospital on 18/6/15

Acid reflux can cause all of these symptoms.
You doctor will probably give you a prescription ant acid.
This will be a good indication if this is the problem.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
