no i did not injure myself . five days
some sharp pains

does it hurt to exert yourself or take a deep breath?

okay. This indicates a likely musculoskeletal injury. Probably inflammation of the ribs or costochondritis. It can be helped with ibuprofen. Of course you should see your GP to confirm but I don't suspect anything serious like pneumonia or heart issues
