I have a fluttering in my left leg - I have checked

This answer was rated:

Hello - I have a fluttering in my left leg - I have checked on line and I see several people same thing - at night when I relax - I am 45 year old woman - slim - exercise regularly - do not smoke and drink rarely so I am quite healthy - really worried about this as some answers mention seeing a neurologist - what do you suggest?
This is Dr. David

flutttering of your leg at night time could be from benign fasciculations of your muscles which can come from excessive fatigue, muscle strain, dehydration, excessive anxiety, or low potassium levels.

have you been dehydrated or exercising or low on potassium in your diet?

do you have a history of excessive anxiety or panic type symptoms?
