I have a trapped nerve in my right thigh, possibly from my groin. Apart from analgesia what can I do?

See a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist.
This will get a structural diagnosis...nerves are not usually trapped in the thigh, but higher up and the pain radiates to the high.
It could be shallow or deep in fact.
The correct manual medicine program is need, and perhaps nerve conduction studies and/or MRI of the lower spine.
