How can I make an electrolyte drink from what I have in my cupboards at home
The best electrolyte drink overall is vegetable juice, in which you juice fresh organic vegetables , a variety , with a good juicer.
If you can not do that, make a vegetable broth as follows.]
Take a variety of vegetables and bring to a boil with a teaspoon of sea salt.
Simmer for 40 minutes without a cover on.
Let cool, strain through cheese cloth.
If more electrolytes are desires, simmer a piece of kombu seaweed for 20 minutes in the clear broth and remove.
Heat and drink up to 3 times a day.
All of that said, this does not replace a prescription by your doctor.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
