Subject Orthostatic Hypotension.
Have you ever met two stage OH.
BP sitting.. 115/65 pulse 68
Standing after 1 minute ..BP = 84/53 pulse 80
Standing after a further 8 minutes.. BP = 85/54 pulse 87
Then things go pear shaped !!
Standing after 9 minutes ... BP = 79/46 pulse 84
Standing after 10 minutes...BP = 74/49 pulse 90
Standing after 11 minutes...BP = 73/47 pulse 88.
What is going on ?

HelloThis is hot likely orthostatic hypotension.That is usually due to pathological blood loss or dehydration.I don't think you have it on this basis. However, you need to have it checked out because it could be autonomic dysfunction Heart disease can also act like this.
