I have had a bronchial/flu illness for the past 10 days, have visited my doctor, have an abdominal hernia and today have passed very dark orange urine - and not as often as usual can you advise please

this dark urine can be from a bladder infection or from muscle break down like rhabdomyolysis if you have exercised heavily.
you need to see your GP doctor to get your urine checked with urinalysis to check for infection and blood in the urine
some flu and viral infection can cause break down of muscles and cause dark urine.
or you can go to the A&E at the hospital for sooner evaluation.
