Chronic insomnia.Go to sleep easily but always wake after 3-4

This answer was rated:

Chronic insomnia.Go to sleep easily but always wake after 3-4 hours with no apparent breathing difficulty. always attribute it to my anxiety disorder.NOTHING to indicate any sign of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. But I read that there WOULDT BE.Surely an apnoea sufferer has objective sure my period of sleep isn't disturbed by snoring, choking, and breathing problems? I wake quite calmly.only THEN do my thoughts start racing and prevent me from sleeping for the rest of the night.thats the anxiety with which im familiar. I feel sure I can rule out Apnoea but im told I wouldn't know.only a spouse or a sleeping partner would know.but my late wife never reported any such snoring or breathing trouble.
Hi. Most likely this isn't sleep apnea if it happens only once per night and there's no snoring but the only way to be certain would be to have a sleep study done.

Otherwise it is likely just your anxiety that is keeping you up after it happens.
