When I have been kneeling for a while or when I have had my knees bent whilst sitting, I then get pain when I try to straighten them out and find it hard to put pressure on my knee for a few mins until I can get it straight. Does this sound like osteo arthritis, as I do have this is my spine.
Dear customer, Thanks for your question. This can be due to many conditions and can sometimes occur even normally.
