I don't know if I left one in or not but am a bit worried I did.

No fever or skin rash.

slight headache, sore throat and runny nose.

alright.let me assure you this is not TSS.TSS is very severe disease resulting in desquamating skin lesions , abnormal vitals, drowsiness/ dizziness, headache, vomiting,.your symptoms are typical of upper respiratory tract infection , most likely viral.
i recommend following.see your doctor in morning and have examination to see if you removed the tampoon or not.get a complete blood count, antigen testing on nasopharyngeal need analgesics like tylenol, anti histamine like citrizine, plus minus intranasal steroids ( after exmining your nose and throat)plus minus antibiotics depending on your white cell count, and examination of your throat and rapid strep test

I do have a few small spots on my arm but have quite bad skin.

How would you describe lesions ?

can you send me picture?since when you have these spots? did they start with all these symptoms?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

They are very small and there are only a couple.

I get them all of the time .

so this is not related . and not TSSplease follow the above recommendations.and feel free to ask any questions you have.please do give a positive feed back when done with questions Regards
