Dear customer, What do you mean by hallucinations? Do you mean dreams? Are you not able to smile because you are sad? Which medications were you on before? Did you have any therapy sessions?

I've seen savage animals in my mind when I've been angry and my Counciller has told me she isn't experienced in this sort of thing but again no explanation from them.
Dear customer, Thanks for your question. Basically there are many causes for the symptoms that you are experiencing. In some cases certain medications, drugs, and substance abuse may cause them. There are certain psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia which may also cause these symptoms. Some cases have also been reported where severe stress and anxiety induced arousal has also been reported to trigger hallucinations. A patient having a major depressive episode may also have symptoms such as hallucination. Some personality disorders may also present with some features of schizophrenia. Hence as you can see, various disorders can cause these symptoms, therefore you are doing the right thing by consulting a psychiatrist who will evaluate all your symptoms and diagnose the cause for your symptoms, then he/she will start treating you, and with treatment your symptoms will reduce. Take care.
