recently had unprotected sex when drunk,
This is Dr. David

thanks for requesting me.

red blemishes on the tip of the penis would not be STD.

more likely mild dermatitis or irritation of the skin from sex or masturbation or mild dry skin.

sex can cause trauma dermatitis to the head of the penis since the head of the penis hits the cervix repeatedly during intercourse.

can you upload a photo of the red spot?

here are instructions.

type a word in the textbox and highlight it

then select the "chain" icon above the textbox or the paper clip icon to upload a jpg

this opens a window where you can click next to the text box to select the jpg or pdf file on your computer to upload into JustAnswer

what do you think

that looks like dermatitis and blocked skin pores from sexual activity
it doesn't look like STD

you have had something similar before from training and sweating and tight shorts.

make sure you wash daily with mild soap and water

avoid sexual activity for a few weeks until this heals up

but I bet it will get better.

you are not having any penile discharge?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

no none at all, just worried because I've had unprotected sex recently,
no discharge no pain no itching at all.

is there any ointment or cream or lotion i can use to speed healing

I see.

sounds like blocked skin pores and dermatitis from sexual activity

not an STD.

most likely not a fungal infection either. fungal infection tends to cause itchiness

I would not use any lotions or creams which can further block skin pores.

I would only wash 1-2 times a day with soap and water. best to wash when you are in the shower.
