can you elaborate on what help you need with physio?
are you there?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes, are you there now? I am waiting for a physio appointment for my shoulder after dislocating it on 24/9, and having it relocated on 24/09. Physio will take some time. (I was referred for physio on the 21st Aug for my knee and have only just received an appointment for 22nd Oct).

Is it true that the longer I wait the more treatment I will need? I want to be fit to fly to my sons wedding on 26th November.

Please cancel this request I do not have to pay for advice!

That is not necessarily true.

Your physio should be the same amount of work regardless.

In the meantime, you can do some stretching and strengthening exercises.
