I can ejaculate but cannot achieve an erection, which means normal sex is impossible
Hello from JustAnswer.
Have you had any evaluation for this?
What, if any, chronic medical problems do you have?
What, if any, chronic medicines do you take?

I have taken Zoplicone 3.75 mg every night for some years for sleeping

I have taken methotraxate for 20 years for Psoriasis

You do not mention what evaluation has been done, but if a treatable cause can be identified, that is one way to treat erectile dysfunction.

I ask about medical conditions and medicine because this is one of the possible causes of erectile dysfunction, but neither of these medicines typically contribute to erectile dysfunction.

If no treatable cause can be identified and Viagra is not effective, then the usual next step would be alprostadil, which can be used as a suppository placed in the penis or injected, including in combination with other drugs to facilitate an erection (the combination product is called Trimix). A vacuum pump also can be used, either alone or in combination with other interventions.
