I notice that no expert has responded, just as there was no response to your first question for about 12 hours until I ultimately responded. It is likely that there is no forensic pathologist on this site, as that is not a specialty that is often sought on a medical question and answer web site, although all doctors are trained to a certan extent in pathology and pharmacology.

What further information are you seeking?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi Doctor, Do you know of anyone who has great knowledge in pharmacology or forensic pathology or pathology in general? When involved in research like I was in the business I was in I always like to get more than one opinion / answer.

The forensic pathologists that I know do not work at this site. As I noted above, people seeking assistance at a medical question and answer site are typically not seeking a forensic pathologist.

If you are still seeking information about the Marilyn Monroe death, there have been many reviews of this death, both in print and television, so you may be able to find opinions from forensic pathologists that have already reviewed the case. Apparently one was done earlier this year for UK television that judged the death to be due to physician negligence in prescribing chloral hydrate and Nembutal/pentobarbital together (the documentary is called “Autopsy: The Last Hours of Marilyn Monroe”).

Of course, any review that is done after the fact is limited to the information that was acquired during the autopsy that was done at the time. The above documentary also apparently was able to acquire evidence from her medical records.

So, if you are trying to obtain a forensic pathologist review of the autopsy, there are many other examples that can be found without finding a new forensic pathologist to ask questions.
