My daughter is 4years old and she got asmer xsmar dehydration and she been in and out of hospital the doctors and hospital hasn't done anythink for her and I don't no what else to do for her
This is Dr. David
what type of "asmer xsmar" dehydration does she have?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
She struggles to breath at times and xsmar were she scratches till she bleeds dehydration she won't drink we tried everything she won't drink and is she doses it's only 2 sips that's all she's alwase I'll every day none stop there's not a day since she been born she not been ok
sounds like she has asthma and eczema and scratches her skins.
she should try steroid creams like 1% hydrocortisone creams to see if this helps the eczema on her skin
she needs asthma inhalers and nebulizers to help open up her airways and improve her breathing.
she needs blood work to check for dehydration and conditions which can keep her from drinking.
she needs checking for pituitary problems and SIADH syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone which can keep her from drinking.

She's on cream e45 that the doctor gave me but that don't seem to work would there be away that you could help me because we tried doctors hospitals and thay just say she's fine she just I'll every day and my heart melts when I see her I'll every day there ay a day she's better alwase tired and coaching cold itching ect
cream e45 is a moisturizing cream. there is no steroids in it. she needs hydrocortisone 1% or 2.5% steroid cream to start
she needs breathing test to check for asthma and nebulizers and albuteral inhailers for her asthma.
we can't prescribe medications to clients over the internet.
her doctors will give her steroid creams for her eczema if you ask for it.

But we have askt Ower doctors and thay won't do it if she don't need that but what your saying is the right thing thay did test with her lungs said there clear but thay gave her inhaler but that don't really seem to do Nuffin but If the doctors say she fine but we no she not what can we do to get them to run more test get her to have the stuff u said she should have
if she has asthma, she would have wheezing and shortness of breath.
asthma causes wheezing and shortness of breath and cough.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
She has that but she has a inhaler the doctor keeps giving her the same cream so I have the right to tell doctor that she needs the cream that you said
if she is still itching, the E45 moisturizing cream may not be working to control her eczema
if she is still itching ask for steroid creams to help calm down itching.
make sure you wash her clothes with allergen free detergent
after baths also make sure she moisturizes her skin
dry skin can be itching
winter can cause dry skin as well
