Hi there,This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.I am here to address your concerns and provide great service. That is little concerning.Left sided abdominal pain can be due to the stomach ulcer or inflammation of the stomach. Also spleen problem --infarct, enlargement from infection or inflammation or from liver disease can cause this pain.Since your left leg is also involved there is also risk of neurological problem.Stroke can cause this since it will affect the nerves supplying your left side. Also spine arthritis like herniated disc or disc inflammation can cause these symptoms.Hence, further evaluation is required by your doctor with abdominal scan, spine xrays and neurological evaluation.Best wishes,It was my pleasure to help you today. If I have answered all your questions, Please rate my response Excellent (click on the 5th star). Please bookmark my profile for asking further questions! This is the link to my profile:
