Dear customer, Thanks for your reply. Basically your back pain is likely related to bad posture during sleep and also probably due to lack of exercise. Back pain is very common and affects an estimated 80% of the population. There are various causes for this pain.Basically you need to consult a doctor and have a physical examination done to rule out any serious causes for the pain such as structural cause like lumbar disk disease. However from your descriptions this does not look like pain due to structural disease. In your case based on the history this seems to be a pain which is associated with muscle spasm. These spasms may be due to and are accompanied by abnormal posture.Postural pain occurs in a group of patients with nonspecific chronic low back pain in whom no specific anatomic lesion can be found despite doing all investigation. These individuals often complain of a vague and diffuse back pain with prolonged sitting or standing that is relieved by rest. What helps in such patients is exercises to strengthen the paraspinal and abdominal muscles. Ask your physiotherapist to teach you these exercises. Cocaine can cause heart rhythm disorders, severe hypertension, coronary artery spasm and/or thrombosis. Therefore need to see your doctor to rule out these conditions. This chest pain can also be due to musculoskeletal causes or due to anxiety. But this complaint deserves to be evaluated by your doctor. Take care.
