are these swellings hard or soft?
soft swellings or firm swellings could be swollen lymph nodes in the back of the neck
these are called occipital lymph nodes or posterior cervical (neck) lymph nodes which can swell up go help keep the baby healthy
it can be very normal to be able to feel lymph nodes
lymph nodes are part of our body's normal immune system and they help filter lymphatic fluid to fight off infections and to help keep us healthy.
