I have had a wound recently and this illness began about 4 days after. Have the flu symptoms and also have chills with tingling running up and down my body, muscle spasms and dizziness. All of which could be flu I guess.
Sepsis related symptoms worsen over time rapidly --that is an important distinguishing point. And instead of fever, low body temperature more commonly encountered.Your current symptoms do sound like flu or viral infection.Best wishes
