There, I inhaled a large amount of dusty and moldy hay

This answer was rated:

Hi there, I inhaled a large amount of dusty and moldy hay on Thursday and since then I've had high fever, shivers, dizziness, full body muscle pain and now a dull pain in my right lung front and back.( 2 years ago I had plurasy in my right lung) just wondering if the mouldy hay could have started it (still tasting it now) and if I should call a Dr in the morning or wait until Monday. Thanks nina

yes, the dust and mold could have caused a lung infection
high fever and shivers and dizziness are severe symptoms
how high are your fevers?
you should go to hospital right right now if you have fevers over 101F (38.5c) and shivers and chills
this can be a sign of infection spreading into the blood stream.
you might need a course of antibiotics right away.
you need a chest xray and sputum testing to check for infection.
do you have a hospital close to you where you can go and see a doctor today?

Most of the symptoms have gone down today, yesterday my temp was at 39-40c. Right now it's the usual flu like symptoms.I'm mostly worried about the pain in my lung, it feels like someone is pressing hard on my back and slight shooting pain in my chest.
you could have the flu in your lungs or influenza viral infection which can be treated with tamiflu
you could have a pneumonia or bronchitis infection.
you might need a course of antibiotics.
lung infections can be serious and get worse very quickly
I hope your symptoms don't get worse
you should see a doctor for more testing if your symptoms don't get better
