Following minor arthroscopy surgery of the knee I am experiencing

This answer was rated:

Following minor arthroscopy surgery of the knee I am experiencing pain all through the leg, into hip and back down calf and into foot. Is this normal?

no, you shouldn't be having pain all through your leg.
you could have a pinched nerve in your back causing this pain into your leg.
you should see you doctor and get an MRI scan of your lower back to check for herniated disks and pinched nerves which can cause pain in your legs.
do you have a GP doctor that you can talk about getting an MRI scan?
