Hi my name is***** am 21, for the past week my eyes have been feeling like they can't focus I'm abit concerned! I had this few months back and it went but has now came back again Also I have been clenching my teeth for the past two weeks I don't know if this is all connected or what but I am really worried and am getting all worked up about it! I'm always worrying about something please give me some answers to what it is? Is it serious?
Hi there,This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.Yes likely connected.Commonly, anxiety and stress can cause this due to the muscle spasms. However other causes also should be checked out.Neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes, thyroid condition should be ruled out by your doctor.Does not sound serious since the symptoms are not present for long time or worsening.Best wishes,It was my pleasure to help you today. If I have answered all your questions, Please rate my response Excellent (click on the 5th star). Please bookmark my profile for asking further questions! This is the link to my profile:

Okay what do you suggest I do to stop stress? Also I am moving house and getting a new job which is all very stressful! I was just panicking That I had a brain tumour or somthing! Had my eyes tested in November and my eyes were ok
Not a brain tumor since you do not have any loss of vision or facial weakness for example.Stress should be controlled by meditation, yoga, and exercises daily. You can see a psychotherapist to learn relaxation techniques.Prescription medications like sertraline, or lorazepam can be used as needed.Natural supplements Valerian extract 200 mg 2-3 times daily also should help.Best wishes
