Hi Mike,This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.Thise are genuine concerns. So in 24 hours, you took 2 mg bumetanide, 20 mg amlodipine, 10 mg bsoprolol, and 300 mcg levothyroxine. And all of them are long acting at least for 18 hours. But the daily dose is still in safe dosel imit for each of them. So any toxicity is unlikely.Symptoms to watch out for: chest pain, palpitations, dizziness commonly. If worsens then yes you need to seek medical attention. If nothing happens, then you are good. But do skip your morning dose tomorrow. Best wishes,It was my pleasure to help you today. If I have answered all your questions, Please rate my response Excellent (click on the 5th star). Please bookmark my profile for asking further questions! This is the link to my profile:
