My Father is 87, painful arritic back so finding it difficult

My Father is 87, painful arritic back so finding it difficult to more around, always cold, heart bypass 15 years ago, recently widoew and fairly depressed. He takes or should take the following as prescribed:
1. Atenolol 25mg -1 tablet in the morning (Blood pressure* and prevent chest pain)
2. Omeprazole 20mg -1 before food – try tea time – Anti gastro (Reflux)
3. Co-codemal 30mg 1or 2, four times per day when required (Pain killer)
4. Lisinopril 10mg – 1 in the morning (Treats blood pressure *)
5. Simvastatin 40mg – 1 at night (Lower cholesterol *)
6. Clopidogrel 75mg – 1 daily (Prevents blood clots *)
7. Amoxicillin 500mg 1 three times daily until course is finished (Chest infection/cough)
8. Arcoxia 30mg 1 a day until finished (Rheumatoid arthritis)
9. Amitriptyline – 1 at night until course runs out (Anti-depressant)
Night Evening Lunch Breakfast
DAILY 5, 9 2, 3, 7 3, 6, 7 1, 4, 7, 8
Are these, mixed with each other safe and why does he always feel rotten?

Thanks for this questionI'm Dr. Phil and I'm ready to helpI'm so sorry he is feeling so badI suspect there may be a problem with his blood.The arcoxia at his age is well known to cause internal bleeding and kidney issues.I would start with a thorough blood workup. Get a blood count, liver, kidney, electrolytes and thryoid.Start there and I think you will find the cause

Thank you - Is the type and amount of pills he is taking safe and of any use?
Yes, but he might be able to come off clopidogrel
This drug is used after a stent but should only be used for a short time
He might be on it for other reasons but it is reasonable to ask to come off it
The other drugs are serving various purposes
