I have just been looking at some web sites concerning how much protein I need to have everyday. can you tell me, is it true that I - a 55 year old woman, active but not a body builder, should be consuming 58 grams of protein a day? And if I am not getting enough daily protein could it affect the strength of or endurance of my muscles?
