HelloI am not sure what your question is?If he is actually impacted, he needs to go to theA&E.Often this must be fixed either manually, or with a supervised enema.Impaction can actually become dangerous and cause obstsruction if let go.So if this is the case, to A&E. how do i know if he is impacted

You can not tell without a medical exam.Sometimes an x ray is needed.If he has not gone at all, or if only liquid in small amounts comes out, if he has pain or discomfort, all of these are indications
