HelloI am Doctor Thomas, a double board certified doctor in internal medicine and integrative medicine, with advanced training in several other fields. I am a clinician of over 20 years experience. I will give you an initial answer or ask you a question, but be sure to use reply to expert to communicate with me as needed.First of allThe correct physical therapy. As directed by an MD specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation.Secondly, a daily medication for neuropathy such as gabapentin or lyrica. Not simply injections.Thirdly, additional pain management as needed and if needed. A comprehensive program containing the above elements is essential. OK, so you might have more questions or want to give me more information: Please use reply to expert if you have further questions. When you are ready, please click a positive rating [hopefully excellent—that’s how we are paid, per rating]. If you forgot something, come back. I am here daily.

Will physio make this go away eventually or is this pain going to get worse
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
MRI of back is clean
Not physio alone, as I said.It will have an unpredictable improvement, depending on how you respond, along with the medications, excercise, electronic therapies [part of the physio] etc.It might or might not completely resolve....but will be manageable.Diet, nutrition, also important. Please click a positive. Come back after that as needed [rating scale on top of the page.]
