My son has developed a rash on areas of his body including his face. He has a temperature of 37.4, keeps turning his head because his neck is stiff, has a cough and a sore throat. He feels sad, embarrassed and worried about his studies. His joints and muscles are fine, and he does not have a sore head. His rash is in clusters and pink. Should he checked for meningitis?
