I keep getting chest pain .I don't think it's a heart

Customer Question

Hello I keep getting chest pain .I don't think it's a heart attack as it comes in the middle of my chest but is not just one side sometimes it changes and I've been having it for a while on and off ... I went to the doctors before and they said it could be stress but I'm not so sure ... additionally on another occasion i blew into the air monitor and they said my blowing technique wasnt very good i was below average .... why could this be .. Furthermore if I sit down I get pins and needles in one foot would this be due to bad circulation if so could the two be linked ie pains in the chest and poor circulation.
