Customer Question

I am just going through a separation from my wife, which I am finding difficult. I have a pressured senior management position which is demanding and pressured. I am concerned over my unusual low self esteeme, I find I get upset very easily and for nothing, i am feeling very low and worthless and have at times contemplated why I am here and if it's all worth it. I have a son who I love desperately. And I know I shouldn't feel like I do, therefore how do I fix this? Any advice would be a help.
