Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

These symptoms have been going on for several months.

Shoudl be looked into further.

Metabolic problems like diabetes, thyroid gland disorder should be checked first.

Fasting blood sugar, TSH, free T4 levels should be measured.

Vitamin B12 and iron deficiency also should be checked --ferritin, iron assay, vitamin B12 levels.

Next possibility can be underlying neurological condition.

Do you have any family history of neurological condition?
