Sorry for the delay in replying...I'm oncall this week and have been in the operating room for the last 6 hours...
There are a couple of possibilities for what could be causing this pea sized bump on your clitirous. Given that it is not painful and you are not sexually active the most likely culprit is a build up of dead skin cells under the hood of this area.
It might also be a Sebaceous cyst.
You could try hot compresses and sitz baths to see if this resolves the issue. But, of course, the best thing way to know what exactly is going on would be to have an exam by your OB/GYN.
The good news?
I do not believe this is anything serious such as a tumor, wart or STD given what you have posted.
