My brother is a type 1 diabetic and he woke up with an intense migraine, intense nausea, confusion and cold hands. I'm trying to give him sugary drinks but he can't keep anything down. He said he can't move to go to a hospital.. What do I do?

Hi and welcome.

If he is not responding to oral blood sugar, this can be diabetic emergency known as Diabetic ketoacidosis which results from too much increase in blood sugars level. Please check his blood sugar levels first and then take him to the ER as it needs urgent fluid resuscitation along with intravenous insulin therapy. Moreover, baseline testing is required to rule out anything related to brain. Meanwhile try to give him lots of fluids.
