I suddenly have small black spots on forehead, now on arms and legs. if I sqeaze really hard, a rod of black straw like things shoot out. Some half an inch, some a lot smaller.Just came suddenly 5 days ago

This sounds like an ingrown and possibly infected hair follicle

100's of them, seriously 100's. Legs now and arms.Started on forehead. They feel like ingrown whiskers which I used to get as a teenager

Not shaving in those areas. I went to hospital in June and was diagnosed with liver hepatitus, from excess drinking in the City for 30 years. I have not touched a drop since and will not. I have even resigned my Directorships so I do not have to go to London anymore to avoid temptation!! So I doubt it is that.

I agree.

But your liver could be damaged

skin problems come from liver issues all the time
