This is known as a phimosis

It is probably balanitis as well

Basically an infected and stuck head of penis and foreskin

You need to see a doctor ASAP and get on antibiotics

I have been prescribed fusidic acid and canesten cream when I had this before. I will try to get a doctors appointment tomorrow. Should I apply the creams as directed before in the meantime?
