Hy can you tell me is it ok to take sertraline along with amitriptoline im taking 200 mgs of both

there can be drug interaction risks with sertraline and amitriptyline taken together.

the combintation can increase levels of amitriptyline levels

and can increase risks for SIADH syndrome of inappropriate anti diuretic hormone and can cause low blood sodium levels.

there are also small risks for serotonin syndrome.

you should talk to your doctor about these issues.
