I have constant lower back ache on my right side since april

I have constant lower back ache on my right side since april this year , walk and general duties do not effect it but as soon as i lie down in bed its awful, also my bowel movements have changed from being regular to constipated and uncomfortalbe

you could have constipation or irritation of your bowel lining or perionteum causing your pain in your right lower back.

laying down could also be worsening pinched nerves in your back possibly.
