This is Dr. David

can you upload a claer jpg photo of the area?

have you tried any over the counter antifungal creams or sprays on the area?

do you have excessive sweating and perspiration in the area ? this can lead to skin fungal infections.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No I've tried nothing as silly as it sounds I've only noticed today that it's spreading as again it causes me no bother i swear a lot as its summer but this rash is grouped in specific place.

thanks for the photo

is the area itchy?

you should buy some antifungal powders and sprays in the area.

yes, in summer it is very common to sweat a lot in the groin area

you can also use Johnsons and Johnsons baby powder in the area to help keep the skin dry

that can help prevent fungal infections.

you may even have some baby powder at home already.

let me know if you have other questions.
